[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card fee | |||
I had applied for a credit card in online. And i had got a call from a lady swetha from icici and asked me to apply for an credit card. She said the card is for free, no processing or any fee will be applied. I agreed and said ok. The lady swetha number if i call is not rechable now. ([protected]) She proceed everything and she informed me that i will be getting a call from icici executive for verification and deatil explanation. And she said if the executive call and inform that the card is chargeable, say yes to the excutive but you will not be charged. Then i said the same to executive that yes i know its chargeable. But now i see i have been charged and got a bill stating ""total amount due is inr 588.82, minimum amount due is inr 100.00 and the due date is august 27, 2017."" Make sure am not going to pay a single rupee or please cancel the card. If possible try calling to my registered mobile number or email me. Was this information helpful? | |||
