ICICI Bank — Credit Card first EMI paid but showing entire amount as due

Please help in resolution of the query.
I had made a payment which was made as an EMI offer from ICICI Credit card on 2nd Aug'22, but EMI is not reflecting and it is showing entire amount as due amount now.
First EMI was deducted on 4th Aug.
