[Resolved] ICICI Bank Credit Card — Grievances in credit card bill | |||||
I had placed a request to ICICI credit card customer care to change the bill cycle on 31st Jan 2015, they took my request and assured me that its done. The new bill cycle was suppossed to be 1st of every month which didn't happened. I then made a pymt assuming that my bill cycle is changed which was supposed to be reflected in next bill cycle but got reflected in same month bill cycle. When i escalated this issue then they are saying that they aren't able to trace any such calls, documentations regarding my request and now they are charging me late payment fees, interest and all taxes on it. Now they are asking me to make the payments with all the wrong charges incurred on me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
