[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card I have not used, but it is showing in cibil report

Dear sir,
My name is veerendra shankargouda patil, age 52 year, my pan no — affpp7279e, d. O. B, 27/10/1968, while checking the cibil report one of the icici bank credit card showing, i never procured any such credit card neither i used this card, call center people are not giving any details of the card,
In year 2009 i have closed my all credit card of icici bank by paying one time settlement, and some amount is deducted from my old sb account ending with 17620 number.
But still showing in my cibil report, it is effecting my business traction's,
Requesting you kindly look in to this matter urgently
Call center persons are harising me by using bad words.
Requesting you kindly look into this mater as soon as possible

Updated by [email protected] When i paid the One time settlement of my old Credit Card payment through my SB account in ICICI bank, I Recived the clerance certifcate in 2009,
But I lossed that letter in shifing of my House, Same you can get it from SB account statement
