My ICICI credit card account is being charged incorrect late fees and interest on late fees inspite of numerous follow ups and all details provided to ICICI customer support.
Cheque payment done on time and issue was internal ICICI bank issue as they processed cheque to an incorrect customer account.
The payment cleared from my bank details was also provided to ICICI team however I continue to see the incorrect charges to my statement for past 2 months with additional interest on late fees. COmpletely unacceptable process from ICICI Was this information helpful? |
