[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card interest and late fee charged to the tune of 6.5% for three days. | |||||
ICICI Bank VISA Platinum Credit card. The payment of Rs. 61643 was due on 7th Jan 2016 but I could not make the payment on 7th Jan as I was touring in interior places and my mobile App was not working in 2G network and was showing errors. I made full payment of Rs. 61643 on 11th Jan 2016. But they have charged Interest of Rs. 2790.65, Late Payment fee Rs. 700, Service Tax of Rs. 101.50 and Rs. 404.64 total Rs. 3996.79. This is almost 6.5% of the total payment due. Which is irrational. I have requested them to wave of this amount of Rs. 3996.79 but its not being done. Please look into this and do the needful.
