1. They froze my existing bank account without any reason or intimation.
2. I made a few credit card transactions. Didn't receives the bill or any support from customer care.
3. I tried contacting the customer support nth times but they didn't provide any solution.
4. I visited the bank personally, one bank branch sent to another and then they sent to another.
5. Customer care constantly started harassing me for paying bills and on saying that I need certain details regarding my transaction and billing, they would disconnect. I have call recordings in support of it.
6. I had written a complaint on their website to seek support. No support!
Visited bank branch. No support!
N number of calls. No support!
7. I somehow managed to get a number of credit card department manager. It's been more than a month. He asked me to send a written mail. Already done that. Since then I have been following up. No response.
8. After all this pathetic service and the trouble, this bank has created for me. I want to discontinue and they didn't help me even doing that. I'm a working person and cannot put so much of time into all these.
