[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card issued with wrong phone number | |||
I have no credit card or account in icici bank and still am getting sms regarding some icici bank visa paydirect card xx6308. Please note that i have no such card. Clearly the bank officials havent checked phone records before giving away the card. Am not liable for any payment made through this card because it doesn't belong to me. Can the bank please match the phone credentials with the persons details and then issue a card? Was this information helpful? | |||
