[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit Card issued without giving complete information | |||
Hi, I am Sunil and I received call from ICICI credit card. They did not give me information about additional services (Card Security) and once card got issued, I received another call from the ICICI customer care. I got to know that the additional services automatically attached with my credit card disbursement and the charge of Rs. 1399 will need to be deducted from my account. I said that I never received and requested the service, any information from the member from ICICI Credit Card Department. But the guy was badly responded and forced me to accept the service. . Please close the unwanted and unknown service tagged by ICICI Credit Card department to my account. If this is not possible, then close my ICICI Credit Card.
