I have not received my credit card, even though it was dispatched last month.
No one from the bank bothered to inform me that the card was returned.
I have received a credit card bill with charges for joining fee and service tax. (Note: I have not joined yet, as the card has not been activated and the service in this case is objectionable)
The customer care center is least interested in solving the problem, they want to finish the call as soon as possible as I am guessing they are rated on the basis of how many calls they answered instead of how many people they helped. I am sick and tired of calling the customer care just to change my dispatch address and get the card, so that I can pay the bill
I want to cancel this card, which of course they will not do because of pending bills. This does not make sense as I have never received the card!!! Was this information helpful? |
