ICICI Bank — credit card ivr loop | |||
My credit card got blocked due to a problem in merchant site and repeated attempts. I am trying to use phonebanking and i must congratulate icici for a superbly lousy ivr system. It put me on a loop about card number and unblocking options. Why do u guys waste so much money and time in technology when you cannot handle? It has been 2 days and i am still trying to figure out a method on how to unblock my card. Was this information helpful? | |||
