ICICI Bank — Credit Card Joining fee incorrectly debited from bank account

I have been charged a joining fee on my credit card. The amount has been debited from my bank account. Can you reverse this transaction as I have been told that the card has no joining fee and is lifetime free. (Refer to email with subject 000YBaJ5M13F29DH:Query Regarding Credit Card).

I have called customer support several times but there is no end to this problem. Hence the email.

I didn't expect such unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour from ICICI Bank. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
