[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card lapse and due payment | |||
I was issued a Credit Card by the bank on from dt.10/05(month/year) to dt.10/17 with card no.5176************9019. It was over as per its due date with no balance payment. I informed their Customer Care. ICICI Bank did not sent me any new credit card nor did I asked it. It was over. But after few months ICICI Bank sent me one mail for little dues on card and asked me to pay. I overlooked it. But 3 months after, they again increased the amount and asked to pay. I contacted ICICI Bank at Bhilai, my local brach dealing Credit Card. They agreed with me and adviced to contact Customer Care. After great efforts, I talked to them to correct it with their details. But the person was insisting to pay the dues first(illegal dues). Itold that I will not pay, as it is not my fault. The person warned me that it may hamper my Credit Rating.
