[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card late fees charged

Hi Team,
Please note that due to health reasons I was not able to pay the credit card bill on 2.8.2021, I was charged with late fees of 590. I always made sure to pay the bill on time. This time I was not able to do. I contacted customer care through email. But I received response not possible to reverse.
I had been holding the salary account with this icici bank for a long time. If possible response is not there I have to close credit card because it is pain when customer relationship is not given importance

I am not sure why it is stating as resolved, no resolution is taken. My complaint still stands valid. I have not received any resolution
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Ssimi No action was taken from icici. They don't value the customers relationship.
