Hi Team, Please note that due to health reasons I was not able to pay the credit card bill on 2.8.2021, I was charged with late fees of 590. I always made sure to pay the bill on time. This time I was not able to do. I contacted customer care through email. But I received response not possible to reverse. I had been holding the salary account with this icici bank for a long time. If possible response is not there I have to close credit card because it is pain when customer relationship is not given importance +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Aug 9, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I am not sure why it is stating as resolved, no resolution is taken. My complaint still stands valid. I have not received any resolution ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 10, 2021 Updated by Ssimi No action was taken from icici.
