[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card late payment fees

I have paid only 3 days late payment for my due of Rs 4772 on ICICI credit card.
They charge Late Payment Fee 500.00 + [protected]@18% 90.00 + Interest Charges 570.06 + [protected]@18% 102.61 = 1262 Rs.
I requested customer care to waive off my late feed because i missed first time due to Diwali holidays but they denied my request.
Rs 1262 is too much high for due payment of Rs 4772.

My humble request to waive off my late fees with interest.
