I have request for my ICICI Credit card Limit enhance. Submitted all the documents which requested but at the Last they said sorry! I really hurt when Level 3 Officer talk with rough language . I want to said to her before they disconnect call. their tone of talking is Totally rubbish. She put down call. She did not listen my concern. Even I have submitted all the documents they requested. On the call they do not listen me, just say sorry and put the call. Totally unethical behavior! Feb 04, 2022 Updated by shyam4560 All Banks respect those customers who have a good cibil score, make payments on time, gentle useage of credit & who are financial responsible but ICICI Bank does not value all of this factors. Since oct 2020 I am using ICICI Credit Card but does not enhance Credit Limit.
