[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card lost and harassment to me to pay a huge amount which is not used by me | |||||
Lost my card no [protected] in june while travelling to pune. My mother was bed ridden and i was in a hurry so i dont know whether the card was stolen from my bag or during my travel. When i came to know about my card being lost i immediately informed the customer service and blocked my card while speaking to the customer service i requested him that i will pay the amount of rs. 300 which was on my card and then requested him to close and please cancel my card since i had already paid all the amount on my credit card in may and nothing was due for payment.
