ICICI Bank Credit Card — Mis Selling Credit Card

Had a sales pitch in my Mumbai office and was offered an ICICI Coral MasterCard Credit Card. Have received the card last week. Was quoted the following T&C at point of sale: 1. No Joining Fee. 2. No Annual Fee for First Year. From 2nd Year, Annual Fee of INR 500 waived off if spend is more than INR 50000 per year. Was told above scheme is for Corporate employees. However, yesterday when I checked with ICICI Customer Care team, they confirmed it was a mis-sell and there is indeed Joining Fee of INR 1000 + ST and the Waiver from 2nd year is if the spend is more than INR 125000. Just wanted to share this with wider audience about the fraud conducted by ICICI employees. PLEASE BEWARE of such a SCAM!!!
