I have been using ICICI credit card for the past 8years (both credit card and debit account ). I cleared all my CC bills on time. I stopped using credit card since 2012 . In 2014 November, there were few unauthorized transactions happened on my credit card. I neither lost mm credit card nor shared its credentials to others. I lodged a complain immediately by speaking to its customer care . As per their suggestion I visited BTM Bangalore branch and submitted all the required documents. Also they verified my original passport and visa pages and confirmed that they are good with verification . No additional documents are required as per that bank executive. After a week I saw that they reverted those unauthorized transactions but temporarily. After two weeks I got a call from ICICI bank and that customer care guy was saying that they never received my document . I went back to same btm branch and cross checked. They reconfirmed me that they had already sent my documents and even showed me the mail they sent . So I called ICICI customer care and handed over phone to BTM ICICI bank employee who sent my docs. That customer care guy was not believing and said that they hadn't received documents. So I scanned my docs and sent to ICICI customer dispute email and now our super ICICI customer care called me again to say that my passport is not clear and requested me to resend. Then I rescanned and sent. Again I wasn't able to satisfy ICICI. Third time I visited BTM branch and handed over my passport to them so that they can use the world's best scanner that they have . They scanned and showed mercy on me and promised that this time my issue would get closed. ICICI torture continues... Again getting calls from ICICI Chennai office.This time new way of torturing.. They call but no one talks ..Calling me every day but no sound..whatever .. I am never gonna pay single penny for those unauthorized transactions. I am ready to face ICICI.. Let them take the action .. I have tried my best to cooperate with them.But they never changed ..Worst ICICI ...

I got response on[protected] as below from ICICI([protected]@icicibank.com) for the above complaint

"I am the designated manager looking into your concern and I request you
to allow me time till 9:00 p.m. of August 31, 2015 to update you with
the status.

We appreciate your patience and request your co-operation in the said matter. "

I thought that ICICI would resolve my issue, I got another response on 31-August as below . This clearly tells that, ICICI cust care again bringing the issue to starting Point. I lodged the complaint that ICICI bank not resolving my issue even if I submitted my passport copies mutliple time to ICICI bank . But now again they wanted me to submit my passport copies. I do not want to submit any docuemnts of passport copies, let it happen whatever they wanted to do.. I am ready to face

documents, however, we request you to provide your complete copies of
your passport along with stamped pages for priority investigation."

I was crying that ICICI singing the same old song.. Again you added a comment saying that you sent a super mail to me on 9/24.. I eagerly opened my email and the mail says that I need to resubmit my passport copies ..

How many times I need to submit ..???

I received the similar mails around 10..

If you can't help me in resolving this issues then leave it.. DoNot irritate me again and again.

    What is the reason for deducting 3 times for ATMDEC CHG/18-07-15/2407/25ST3. This is very frustrating with out even giving notice for what reason this amount had been deducted. Bank should not have any legal right to deduct cash from the customer account with out their approval. Today this is small amount, we never know this may even lead to big amount transactions. We are loosing faith in Banks, Can RBI take some steps to stop all this fraud?

      Hi, My name is Vijayakanth, Day before yesterday, I got a call from ICICI recovery team, They enquired about my Cousin, he didn't settle his Credit card payment. I don't know anything about this. My cousin in abroad, i don't know where is he now exactly, Past 3 years I didn't have any contact with him. Initially they speaking politely then they used so many bad words in Tamil, He used to call this number [protected]. That person name is Sureshkumar, He is working in Chennai branch. If I didn't pick the call, they will call my office land line numbers, and they told, we will tall with HR using bad words, then the company will terminate like this. Also they threatening like we will send the local executive to your office like that. I checked with my office legal advisor, regarding this, He told to file the police complaint against this. Before that i want to get some details about this number. When I searched I found the below one, http://www.truecaller.com/in/[protected] Name - Phone number [protected] Fixed line Address Chennai, Tamil Nadu India Monday anyway they will call, when they call will use bad words, I will record that too before complaint it.

[protected] I don't know weather he is an agent or employee of ICICI BANK as he said he is having all my property papers along with signed checks ...holding with himself regarding transfer of from Axis bank . after his failure with 2 month still he is not returning my document . He has taken a amount of rupees 2000 /- in advance from me via check in the name of policy Bazzar employ Mr. Ravi Kumar . After requesting so many times he is holding my documents with him plz advise shall I go to court aganiat these 2 persons.

              On 12-aug-2015, an unfortunate incident happening within a matter of minutes when i was deeply engrossed in my work. I received a call claiming to be bank official and required my card details for refunding back credit points. It so happened that I revealed my card number, cvv details, OTP. Immediately i got Rs 6922 amounted debited messages for 2 transactions amount. A fraudster had paid his VODAPHONE bill for 1 transaction. Immediately I approached ICICIBank and disabled my account. Bank asked for FIR and told me they will be able to trace in a few weeks time. I had approached the Sampigehalli Bangalore police station who refused to register the FIR for small amount value. The Police instead only provided an Acknowledgement, The same copy I submitted to to ICICIBank.The Bank opened a SR[protected]. After 1 week Bank closed SR citing the transaction happened using 3D secure pin. In a city like Bangalore, being highly educated I'm feeling helpless. Both Police and Bank show no willingness to pursue.

Recently, I have checked my detailed account statement and I was shocker after seeing the same. The INR 5002 has been deducted unnecessarily from my account without any prior notice and information on 27th June, 2015 with 27/06/2015 27/06/2015 BIL/[protected]/NchgRs2. 50STRs0.35 5, 002.85 When I called ICICI phone banking person, he misbehaved with me. Please return the money immediately without any further harassment to women. Else I would be forced to approach Consumer Court, National Women Commission. I also would like to close my account.                             Hi all, I am carrying icici bank credit card. Because of non receiving of statement I made lum sum payment. My bill was 5500 but I deposited 5000 Now bank is charging interest on whole amount. Before the statement generation I went to bank for Standard instruction to deduct money automatically. They told to do it online, then I call into online banking to generate the password because it was blocked because of their system error I they did not comply that. I call up them 5 times but they told same thing. My call went for more than an hour but no responce was form their side. Finally, I deposited lum sum amount through my debit card with approximate idea of total due. I deposited 5000 where bill was around 5500 approximately Now bank is charging more than 600 rs on just 500 due. No statement. But full fine.

                              This is to inform that we had done cash deposit and raised NEFT transfer. It was an emergency need.This branch has all freshers and not aware of the process. Each day they are giving some reasons for the delay and I am fighting for past one month to process the transaction.One day they said, server is down, other day they informed that they missed to include PAN number and today they informed that its in the queque.I have never experienced such a pathetic service from icici.Till today the transfer has not happened.I am made to wait and my payment for my higher education is delayed because of this kind of service. Request to take some action so that no other customer faces this issue again. All employees are really dumb in this branch including the manager.

                                I am one of the victim of this Overdraft fraud.

                                My Name is Mahendra Dev and received the call from Akansha, Sonia, Divya, Priya, Neha, Nidhi Agent Nos: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], +[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] Agent Address: 2162/25 guru arjun nagar opp ranjit nagar metro pillar no229 delhi 110008.

                                I received the call with an offer for Over Draft facility for the people who hold a salry account in ICICI. As i was in need of money, I quickly accepted this offer and did the needful by taking the insurance policy of 50000 per annum.

                                They asked me to courier the documents which includes paysli, bank statement, 50000/- check in favour of Bajaj allianz life innsurance, photograph address and id proof including ICICI credit application and and Bajaj allianz insurance form whcih they sent in the email. couriered (POD number: DTDC- h[protected] to the address 2162/25 guru arjun nagar opp ranjit nagar metro pillar no229 delhi 110008.

                                Its been 2months now i paid the amount and till now i didn't received neither the over draft nor the Bajaj Insurance policy documents.

                                I dont know what to do, but already i was in a bad need of money and now with this fraud am totally in debts.

                                I dont understand how come these girls who sound really good and innocent, they do such kind of things. am trying to reach them since last 15 days and their numbers are all switched off.

                                I request ICICI and the Bajaj authorities to please look into this and kindly do the needful.

                                Please do the needful. ive taken a loan amount of 50000 from one of my friend in the hope that i will get this OD. its been more than a month now and i still received anything. I need to repay my friend as he swiped his creditcard and paid me the amount.

                                  Icici bank sending promo code giving add, for provogue watches. Since icici bank involved, every customer getting attract and and do paymrnt of rs -299/- for provogue watch. Unfortunately, this is a cheat no watches is being delivered to customer, no customer care is answering on subject, icici bank is a party for the above cheating with his own customer, the matter should be taken seriously and icici bank intervened so that ordered watches should be delivered, and promo should be stopped by icici bank, because his own customer are facing problems.

                                    With reference to my credit card no[protected] I am surprised to have received a letter from ICICI bank dated 11 Aug’15(which I received on 17 Aug15) stating that the bank would be extracting the amount of Rs 52, 698.34 from my savings account, which is due towards the payment of above credit card. I am attaching the letter received today. Kindly note I have highlighted this issue several times to your customer care executives that the amount that is outstanding has several incorrect transactions and hence the same has been disputed. While I have reached out several times to your customer care department and have also personally called and discussed my case with different persons from your Andheri East Chakala branch, to resolve the matter, I have not seen keenness from your executives to sort out this issue. ICICI has only had a single stand which is that “this amount has been swiped by your card and needs to be paid, which is grossly incorrect”. I yet again call your customer care no, where Supervisor Malesh asks me to call in again tomorrow as he is not able to help me or is even unable to escalate this issue. I do not understand the so called farce of having a 24* 7 customer service if people are not empowered to resolve issues. I would like to yet again reiterate that I am ok to pay for all the valid transactions which I have told time and again to your executives, but i want this harrasment to me to be put to an end. I as an ICICI bank wealth customer and a shareholder of ICICI bank pity to see such low service standards from a bank of such repute, where a customer is reaching out several times to sort out this issue, but the bank shows no keenness to resolve the matter. Yet another surprise, while I check my account balance, I realized that the amount has already been very strategically deducted from my account, even before the letter reaches me. Its a very shameful & sheepish way of dealing with customers!!! How can a letter dated 11th Aug, sent by speed post reach the local post office only on 17th Aug??? This totally proves the intentions and service levels of ICICI Bank. I request ICICI Bank to explain the following: 1) Why do you penalize the customer who is ready to pay the rightfully due amount ??? 2) Deduct my outstanding amount from my account, even before the intimation reaches me ??? 3) The harassment caused to me by your executives who are not keen to resolve the matter and to whom "i have been chasing" to settle the matter with the correct amount which is actually due.

                                      I rcvd a call, to buy credit card of free of charge, with bigbazar & wrest watch GV. Execuitve name is Priya, manager name is Sneha. My previous application rejected, even they told me to send ID Proof, they sent my application with approval. One executive will reach next day & give you credit card with booklet. After 1 wk not recived any details

                                        I am an icici customer(A/c no:[protected] and i tried to withdraw rs 10, 000 in TMB ATM(Thoraipakkam, Chennai) on 10.8.2015 for some reason the cash was never dispensed but the cash has been detected from my account. When i checked with some of my banking friends, they said it might take upto 24 hrs to get credited but that did'nt happen. So i filed a written complaint in my hometown's icici Katpadi branch on 12.8.2015 as it was my week off. The branch manager said the amount will be credited in 2 business days. But today when i checked the status in one of my office's nearest icici branch(Thoraipakkam) it was found that the concern was never raised by the katpadi branch representative and this the 5th day from the date of complaint i've given. So again, I had to file a complaint today in thoraipakkam branch and now they say it will take 7 days from today for the money to get credited. I called the katpadi branch number([protected]) to check why they had not filed the complaint but the representative did not respond with proper care and hung up on me. So they seem to have my money for almost 14days[protected] to[protected]. I'm running out of money now with nobody to support me out here in chennai. I want you to kindly involve in this and get me the money as soon as possible with proper compensation.
