My creditcard [protected] multiple times I mail to bank cusotmer care, but u people only for money and never listen to customer issues, so giving u last chance, one week or lok nyalaya consumer court I have mailed multiple times like 30 july, 4 aug, 7 aug vijay

    Hi all, I am carrying icici bank credit card. Because of non receiving of statement I made lum sum payment. My bill was 5500 but I deposited 5000 Now bank is charging interest on whole amount. Before the statement generation I went to bank for Standard instruction to deduct money automatically. They told to do it online, then I call into online banking to generate the password because it was blocked because of their system error I they did not comply that. I call up them 5 times but they told same thing. My call went for more than an hour but no responce was form their side. Finally, I deposited lum sum amount through my debit card with approximate idea of total due. I deposited 5000 where bill was around 5500 approximately Now bank is charging more than 600 rs on just 500 due. No statement. But full fine.

      This is to inform that we had done cash deposit and raised NEFT transfer. It was an emergency need.This branch has all freshers and not aware of the process. Each day they are giving some reasons for the delay and I am fighting for past one month to process the transaction.One day they said, server is down, other day they informed that they missed to include PAN number and today they informed that its in the queque.I have never experienced such a pathetic service from icici.Till today the transfer has not happened.I am made to wait and my payment for my higher education is delayed because of this kind of service. Request to take some action so that no other customer faces this issue again. All employees are really dumb in this branch including the manager.

        I am one of the victim of this Overdraft fraud.

        My Name is Mahendra Dev and received the call from Akansha, Sonia, Divya, Priya, Neha, Nidhi Agent Nos: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], +[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] Agent Address: 2162/25 guru arjun nagar opp ranjit nagar metro pillar no229 delhi 110008.

        I received the call with an offer for Over Draft facility for the people who hold a salry account in ICICI. As i was in need of money, I quickly accepted this offer and did the needful by taking the insurance policy of 50000 per annum.

        They asked me to courier the documents which includes paysli, bank statement, 50000/- check in favour of Bajaj allianz life innsurance, photograph address and id proof including ICICI credit application and and Bajaj allianz insurance form whcih they sent in the email. couriered (POD number: DTDC- h[protected] to the address 2162/25 guru arjun nagar opp ranjit nagar metro pillar no229 delhi 110008.

        Its been 2months now i paid the amount and till now i didn't received neither the over draft nor the Bajaj Insurance policy documents.

        I dont know what to do, but already i was in a bad need of money and now with this fraud am totally in debts.

        I dont understand how come these girls who sound really good and innocent, they do such kind of things. am trying to reach them since last 15 days and their numbers are all switched off.

        I request ICICI and the Bajaj authorities to please look into this and kindly do the needful.

        Please do the needful. ive taken a loan amount of 50000 from one of my friend in the hope that i will get this OD. its been more than a month now and i still received anything. I need to repay my friend as he swiped his creditcard and paid me the amount.

          Icici bank sending promo code giving add, for provogue watches. Since icici bank involved, every customer getting attract and and do paymrnt of rs -299/- for provogue watch. Unfortunately, this is a cheat no watches is being delivered to customer, no customer care is answering on subject, icici bank is a party for the above cheating with his own customer, the matter should be taken seriously and icici bank intervened so that ordered watches should be delivered, and promo should be stopped by icici bank, because his own customer are facing problems.

            With reference to my credit card no[protected] I am surprised to have received a letter from ICICI bank dated 11 Aug’15(which I received on 17 Aug15) stating that the bank would be extracting the amount of Rs 52, 698.34 from my savings account, which is due towards the payment of above credit card. I am attaching the letter received today. Kindly note I have highlighted this issue several times to your customer care executives that the amount that is outstanding has several incorrect transactions and hence the same has been disputed. While I have reached out several times to your customer care department and have also personally called and discussed my case with different persons from your Andheri East Chakala branch, to resolve the matter, I have not seen keenness from your executives to sort out this issue. ICICI has only had a single stand which is that “this amount has been swiped by your card and needs to be paid, which is grossly incorrect”. I yet again call your customer care no, where Supervisor Malesh asks me to call in again tomorrow as he is not able to help me or is even unable to escalate this issue. I do not understand the so called farce of having a 24* 7 customer service if people are not empowered to resolve issues. I would like to yet again reiterate that I am ok to pay for all the valid transactions which I have told time and again to your executives, but i want this harrasment to me to be put to an end. I as an ICICI bank wealth customer and a shareholder of ICICI bank pity to see such low service standards from a bank of such repute, where a customer is reaching out several times to sort out this issue, but the bank shows no keenness to resolve the matter. Yet another surprise, while I check my account balance, I realized that the amount has already been very strategically deducted from my account, even before the letter reaches me. Its a very shameful & sheepish way of dealing with customers!!! How can a letter dated 11th Aug, sent by speed post reach the local post office only on 17th Aug??? This totally proves the intentions and service levels of ICICI Bank. I request ICICI Bank to explain the following: 1) Why do you penalize the customer who is ready to pay the rightfully due amount ??? 2) Deduct my outstanding amount from my account, even before the intimation reaches me ??? 3) The harassment caused to me by your executives who are not keen to resolve the matter and to whom "i have been chasing" to settle the matter with the correct amount which is actually due.

              I rcvd a call, to buy credit card of free of charge, with bigbazar & wrest watch GV. Execuitve name is Priya, manager name is Sneha. My previous application rejected, even they told me to send ID Proof, they sent my application with approval. One executive will reach next day & give you credit card with booklet. After 1 wk not recived any details

                I am an icici customer(A/c no:[protected] and i tried to withdraw rs 10, 000 in TMB ATM(Thoraipakkam, Chennai) on 10.8.2015 for some reason the cash was never dispensed but the cash has been detected from my account. When i checked with some of my banking friends, they said it might take upto 24 hrs to get credited but that did'nt happen. So i filed a written complaint in my hometown's icici Katpadi branch on 12.8.2015 as it was my week off. The branch manager said the amount will be credited in 2 business days. But today when i checked the status in one of my office's nearest icici branch(Thoraipakkam) it was found that the concern was never raised by the katpadi branch representative and this the 5th day from the date of complaint i've given. So again, I had to file a complaint today in thoraipakkam branch and now they say it will take 7 days from today for the money to get credited. I called the katpadi branch number([protected]) to check why they had not filed the complaint but the representative did not respond with proper care and hung up on me. So they seem to have my money for almost 14days[protected] to[protected]. I'm running out of money now with nobody to support me out here in chennai. I want you to kindly involve in this and get me the money as soon as possible with proper compensation.

                  Incident Type: - ICICi Bank new ATM Card Not received. Incident in Detail Dated: - 27.06 2015...I made service request to ICICI customer care for getting the new debit card. I told to deliver the Debit Card at the nearest branch, Near to the Infosys, electronic city phase 1. Bangalore. Request accepted. Dated: - 31.07.2015 I got the mail confirmation which is attached. Dated: - 01.08.2015 I got the mail confirmation which is attached. Dated: - 03.08.2015 around 10Hrs & 10 min, I visiting the branch near Infosys, I have been told from the ICICI bank (Near Infosys branch) Bank has not received the card. Asked to check in ICICI branch inside of Infosys. I made first video call to customer care ((Near Infosys branch) I have been told ICICI system is down & cannot take the call. Dated:-03.08.2015 at 10.30 I went to Infosys Gate, since the Branch is inside the company. I talked over phone from the security gate; I explained the SMS which I receive and purpose of visit to collect the ATM card. The Branch Manager (Branch inside the Infosys) jumped on me (for no reason) & loudly & rudely said, “I cannot help.you, Go and call the customer care”. His way of talking was so rude that He was almost shouting on me. I was scared (I came to know that manager is Mr. Mahesh.) I feel very disappointed the way the ICICI responsible staffs are treating to customer. We see only the slogan from ICICI “A relationship that bonds many hearts” Where are those? Dated: - 07, 08.2015 afternoons I got the phone call, from the ICICI bank to collect the card from the Branch (Branch, which is outside the Infosys building). Dated: - 10, 08.2015 after the weekly off I went to the branch at 10.40hrs.I have been told that card is received pl. sign in register, so I signed. Operation manager hand over me the ICICI courier. I saw that courier was tampered at one side, such that someone can easily check the content inside. I brought this notice to the operation manager; the staff laughed & said yes I know. I SURPRISED, asked question to myself, Am I really SECURED in ICICI? I have been told; there is no harm in taking this even that is partially opened. After my strong refusal she said that I will note down the case & raise a request to issue other card, till date I have not received the card. Note:- The complaint raised to ICICI customer care, Copy to Mrs. Chanda Kochhar. Still i have not received the ATM card. The mail copy is attached. I said I will. after the weekly off I went to the branch. on Monday, 10, 2015 morning 10.40hrs.                     Hello im harneet kaur sethi I have a savings account in ICICI Bank shere punjab branch My compliant is of account policy fraud I had a previous savings account with this particular bank in the same branch with minimum balance of 10000 req and I maintained it at all times Some months back ICICI bank said they had a zero balance account available when I inquired about it but they said you cannot open a zero balance account until this other account is open so they suggested me to close that account and open this account I went through all their procedures and closed the previous account and transferred my account balance to this new account In the month of may I had no problem but for june and july they deducted 513 rupees for each month as non-maintainance charge of minimum average monthly balance of 10000 This was wrong as my account was a zero balance account so I went to the branch to ask them about it that why did they debit 513 as mab charges for june when my account is a zero balance account and the answer is received was that we transferred your account to minimum account balance maintainance scheme as that zero balance scheme is closed (when their site now also clearly shows that they still have that scheme available instead now they have two zero balance schemes available) I told them how can you transfer my account to minimum balance maintainance scheme without informing me as I opened this account for zero balance only and you didn't inform me also atleast if you informed me I would have maintained that balance And they told me we dont have to inform its not our policy And I fought with them in the branch so then they told me ok mama we will reverse this amount back but guess what they didn't reverse any amount rather deduced another 513 for the month of july Wow just wow changing account schemes without informing customers even when that zero balance scheme is still available and looting their money This is wrong and customer harassment I want to take a legal action Can anybody tell me whether is icic bank allowed to do this Misinforming customers and changing the customers account scheme without informing them especially when the scheme is still available?

                      My Phone Was stolen hence I Blocked My Number and want to update my Registered Mobile No. I tried to do same using Net Banking but there is no option to do so. I tried to call customer care. First of all toll free number works only mon-fri (9 Am-6 PM) and that to check the status of request. To register request we have to call chargeable Number. There first they will play recorded voice in very slow passe and than end up with no clear option. Where is option to talk to customer care executive? I end up with nothing and Rs20 mobile balance also deducted. For NRI they have that service to update contact details through Online mode. What about us? They use OTP for every transaction and send to only registered mobile Number but they forget to make a easy and smart process to update the mobile Number. And Please do not suggest to go to nearest branch. For a working person this is irritating option. Cause just to submit a request we need to take leave. Because Bank timings are worked well with limited government employees only, not with private employees. And the queue is long and time consuming just to submit request and that we can submit online also if you provide option for it. For such a critical information you must have a 24x7 dedicated customer care service support which is very easy to reach and having many mode of channels( like emailID, IVRS, Net Banking. etc...)

(ref no.[protected] after 15 days they called me and said that my documents are missing and provide one more.i did that. after 10 days they called me and provide agin documents(given payslip also). so i submitted 3 times my documents in the last 2 months. but still my application is not logged in there website.i called them atleast 40 times meanwhile. and there response is not satisfactory. i am feeling disgusting of there work and missing my submited documents. i am looking forward positive response from you.

                            I do not have an ICICI account, but I am getting transaction notification to my email id mittal.[protected]@gmail.com . I guess it is someone else's account. The account number ends with xxxxxxxx6178. I do not stay in India and can not visit a local office to resolve this issue. I have tried calling customer care and have not got anywhere since I do not have the account number. I want this issue to be resloved, as I do not wish to receive anyone else transaction details.                               Like all the banks have procedure of confirming from the concerned account holder to transfer Funds internally of the same Bank Cheque, ICICI Bank follows the same procedure too. Problem: I had issued a cheque of Rs. 12lacs to my client, and the cheque bearer had an account in ICICI. So, the cheque bearer has given it for immediate transfer of funds. But the ICICI bank employee has transferred the of Rs.12lacs without confirming from me(account holder) . I was on my to bank to stop this cheque because the deal with me and cheque bearer did not go well. I usually get call from ICICI Bank for confirmation of funds transfer internally. But i did not receive any call confirmation for transfer of Rs.12lacs from the bank people. Its a huge amount and bank people should be very careful and it was their responsibility to confirm from the account holder before debiting from the account. If i had got a call regarding this for the confirmation probably that time i would have asked them to hold the cheque as i wanted to stop the cheque. later when i visited ICICI BAnk, Vidyaranayapur Branch, Bangalore, they were careless in answering as to why did they transfer without confirmation call. And they even stated that they transferred the funds because they were short of staff and did not have time to call and confirm. Is this the excuse a banker can give to Privilege customer?? I am very much disappointed with the services of ICICI bank. The staff would change rules according to their own convenience and they would even forget about their own bank's rules. Its highly ridiculous! I will not accept this transaction, and i would want those funds to be credited back to my account. I hold Current account in Sahakrnagar Branch, Bangalore.                                       Hi Team, I have applied ICICI Credit card . Given 'passport' as ID proof and 'ICICI saving account number' as address proof. Clearly I told to executive perosn do not consider passport as address proof because that is my old address. But still executive person has taken old address for verification instead of current address. They rejected my credit card application because of absence. Finally ICICI bank mention as negative mark in CBIL and now other banks they are rejecting personal lo ann/Credit card because of negative mark. So mistake did by ICICI bank but punishment to me.
