I am not agreed with the given comment. Please cross check and provide the fruitful response. else I would be forced to take necessary Legal action. As this amount was not received by me. during the transaction ATM got Hanged and I waited for more than 15 min for the transaction money. Then I contacted to the security guard available at the ATM site & he guided me to raise the issue with helpdesk.
One more thing why the subjected ticket resolved without contacting me or any resolution provided. So I am requesting you to please reopen my ticket and investigate further.
