[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card new upgrade fake promise

Last two days back i enquired with my credit card details customer care, i have using HPCL Coral card [protected] that time your customer care person told rewards points 13, 746 there but you not convert current using HPCL Card So He told upgrade with New coral credit card and he will do redeem cash to this new card. I Am asking two questions because I'm not there for my current address and office address. I'm moving two years back to another address and another office at the same chennai location.customer care person promised don't worry sir once new card number generated immediately call customer care definitely delivery new card near by ICICI bank.Second promise he told me at the same time is that I will redeem your rewards point 500+GST deducted Processing fee and remaining 2600Rs something immediately credited to your credit card. I also agree because he told me 100% I will do it .
Today New card Number Generated [protected] i called customer care asking card delivery near by branch he told sorry sir it's not possible this service not available i'm totally disappointed, then am asking redeem rewards point now he told sorry sir its not doing this time.
I have respect for ICICI Bank because I'm a previous icici employee, why your people before card upgradation doing the promise after new card upgradation not answering properly.
I need delivery my card Near by ICICI Bank and redeem my rewards point immediately its Not possible your side other wish Please cancelled new credit card request and i will go and closed my SB account, ICICI Direct account, Mutual fund everything i have move account with other branch.
I don't like this cheating promise. I'm really disappointed.
