[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — credit card no.[protected]

With reference to the above I requested you for cancellation of card subsequently I received a mail from you on[protected] stating that my card has been de activated and there are NO DUES on my card. Surprisingly today I received a mail that I have to pay 3005/- and my name put in CIBIL.. For your information I am informing you that I am not using the card Since 7 months, How can be dues on my card. I never expected thi type of behaviour of such a big organisation. Please correct and inform me accordingly.
