In the Credit Card Statement dated 01.03.2017 a sum of ₹ 750 has been charged as Late Fee and another ₹ 2303.02 has been charged as Interest. I have been using your card for last many years. There was never any late payment. The amount due as per last statement was paid by me in full by cheque long before due date and the cheque was dropped in the bank's box. Later, some official of your credit card deptt informed me over phone that the payment had not been received. I immediately issued another cheque for the full amount due. Some official from the credit card deptt also collected cash ₹ 1500/-from me to avoid any interest. The delay in payment was because of non presentation of the cheque to my bank. There was no default on my part. Kindly reverse the Interest and Late Fee charged.
