ICICI Bank — credit card payment debited from my account without authorization

I had a due amount on my credit card that was approx 12000 only but due to some reason i was not able to make the payment on time, and on[protected] i received a message that 12000 amount was blocked/ lien on my savings account and told that if i didn't make the payment they will deduct the balance from my savings account without my authorization, kindly do need full help as i am a salaried person and to live i am dependent on my salary, how can they take the funds from my saving account without my authorization this is completely fraud
