[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card payment dispute not resolved from long time | |||
I have made payment for credit card due in full. Payment was made in two parts. Both amounts debited from my account but did not credited to the credit card for which they have charged me with late fee, interest and service charge. I have paid all the amount i utilized from the card but not the extra amount they have debited to my card. It has been one year this issue is not resolved and they keep on charging me for the amount which i have not paid. Because of this my credit score is also spoiled. I have tried to reach many people from credit card department to resolve the issue but i am not able to reach them. Kindly help me to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
