[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit Card payment not reflecting in to my account | |||
I have made ICICI credit card payment on 8-Oct-21 of amount Rs 6507.65 ref id using ICICI imobile pay app from HDFC net banking account, but still amount is not credited in to my credit card account. I tried to call customer care multiple time but no pick up call even after waiting of 10 minutes each time.. pathetic customer care. I visited ICICI bank, they do not take credit card issues. Then i have only last option write them via email and wait. ICICI team please look in to the issue and resolve. please improve customer care to avoid mental harassment of customer who trusted your back and taking services. Was this information helpful? | |||
