When i effected an international transactions, there was a call from your Customer services team asking for confirmation and it was informed as genuine transaction, without prior information i got the message my card has withheld for security purpose and after several rounds of my communications the issues are not settled so far with no clarity and visibility, and when i called them on[protected] i holding this for more hour 75 minutes or so, my call was unanswered as well reason that i did not have sufficient balance on the toll number as my call will not be answered immediately or on longer duration or no idea will be answered this is the information i got from the respective bank when talked so a policy of the bank.], my card in unable for transactions as well no charges less services by the bank, is this how the ICICI BANKS are allowed to make huge profit by looting and robbing the customer, is this how our banking systems are framed
