My money got debuted from my savings account of Rs 50/- in a same day twice without any intimation or message or anything, when I went to the statement and checked about this it shows some ecsrtnchg charges kind of in statement. How they can do that without any info regarding this. I need my money refunded back to my account

    .I am unable to figure out why they have deducted 588 rs without my permission. Who gave them permission to impose deductions of their choices? Just because i am using their services it doesn't mean they will do anything from my account. I want them to transfer my money asap, its not a matter of few bucks its almost 600 rs.

    They have just mentioned picture Drcard Join fee+gst and deducted 588.82 rs against it. Is it my responsibility to ask for explanation from them, isn't it their responsibility to make us aware with these fraud charges. Is this the way to have a healthy relationship with your customers?

        Am an icici bank customer. On 1st oct 2021 an ecsrtnchg charge of 590 rupees was levied three time back to back on the same day without my knowledge Or consent. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg does that mean. The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what charges are these . This behavior is totally unacceptable and untrustworthy for a bank with goodwill, please refund my charged amount.And I need a strict action and a valid reason for this situation.

              When i effected an international transactions, there was a call from your Customer services team asking for confirmation and it was informed as genuine transaction, without prior information i got the message my card has withheld for security purpose and after several rounds of my communications the issues are not settled so far with no clarity and visibility, and when i called them on[protected] i holding this for more hour 75 minutes or so, my call was unanswered as well reason that i did not have sufficient balance on the toll number as my call will not be answered immediately or on longer duration or no idea will be answered this is the information i got from the respective bank when talked so a policy of the bank.], my card in unable for transactions as well no charges less services by the bank, is this how the ICICI BANKS are allowed to make huge profit by looting and robbing the customer, is this how our banking systems are framed

                Re card No ending with 8008

                I just realized that I have been charged OVER LIMIT Fee of 500 + GST, however, I never spent more than the credit limit given by bank, though I have reduced the limit using Mange my limit in the app for my own convenience.

                why am I charged over limit charges please clarify and Pease reverse the over limit charges.

                In spite of writing to the customer care N number of times, they always send me back with the standard Robo type of reply.

                      Hi,

                      I recently connected with my relationship manager and her behavior was rude and she doesn't know how to speak with a customer. Please give proper training to your employees before allowing them to handle customer calls. When I tried to raise a complaint against her, there are no options to do that on their website. Kindly suggest

                      I have been trying to work with Haripriya at the R A Puram branch in Chennai since March to reverse an erroneous charge to my account to my NRI account. She refuses to give me the name of the manager and claims debits cannot be reversed!!! I am taking this up at a higher level in ICICI.

                        Dear ICICI, I was told that there is no monthly and yearly charges for my demat account but I could see that RS 461.09, 248, 56 total 766 amout has been deducted on [protected] DP CHGS TILL Aug, 2021 on 29/09/2021 to 04/10/2021 transaction, can you please clarify and come to know all your customers suffering same problem?
                        And you should send SMS before take any decision.
                        Refund my money back soon, Its my hardly earn money

                              Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. This saturday (Date - 25 jseptember, 2021 ; time - 7:11 pm and 7:59 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment forKoneru Lakshmaia Educational foundation Ltd. Of rs 2100+2100 through eazypay - icici gateway.

                              In brief :-

                              Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of my debit card mode then the payment was transacted from dhani pay. After a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that" we regret the inconvenience, payment declined and it may be taking longer time to respond. And i checked eazypay website by filling in my mobile number, earlier it was displaying transaction initiated and now it is showing failed.
                              I contacted the biller i. E. T. I. M. E. But they don't have much information regarding this. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I am posting few snapshots of this incident that may be helpful to you in sorting out this problem.

                                I want to submit a complaint regarding my money deduction . Few days back I asked the bank to fill my passbook with the previous entries and I got to know that lot of Auto deductions happened to my account without my consent.

                                My account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy. But I have never enrolled for such a plan. This is a big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. It is decuting every year .

                                APY_[protected] transaction that means Atal Pension Yojana which has been enrolled without my consent again and amount of Rs 46 was deducting every month for so long now.I was not accepting this kind o[censored]nsatisfactory service from the ICICI bank. But I read on the internet that a lot of people have the same complaints. I want my money back asap.

                                  My credit card no: [protected] was blocked on a sunday without any reason. All the bills are being paid on time and there was not intimation given before blocking the card. I am unable to do any transactions and customer care is also not reachable.

                                    I bought a second hand vehicle which had an ICICI fastag over it, i removed the ICICI fastag and pasted new paytm fastag linked to my account,
                                    later on i came to know that ICICI fastag was blacklisted due to low balance & now i am unable to use any fastag on the vehicle as the vehicle is showing blacklisted. I tried calling ICICI complaint cente multiple times but they never respond, visited ICICI bank branch but no benefit.
                                    I am ready to clear all dues but please someone from ICICI atleast provide me a solution.

                                      Worst experience with ICICI Bank. Almost 25 days back I have opened my bank account in ICICI, they said that there is no limit on number of transactions per day and they also promised that they will send me the debit card and cheque book within 1week. It's been more than 25 days I haven't received my debit card and cheque book and there is no response from the bank.

                                      Everytime I try to send money through UPI, the transaction is getting failed and if I rety it is saying that the number of payments allowed per day is exceeded. This is worst thing I have ever seen in any bank. Failed transactions due to banks issue are being counted as customers transactions and every transaction is getting failed.

                                      I tried calling to customer care and their customer care representatives are most rude and reckless people. They don't know what to answer to my questions and they will suddenly cut the call.

                                      No matter how many times I raised my complaint to ICICI Bank they never responded to my complaint. The saddest part is if we raise complaint they will not provide us any incident number also for following up further on that.

                                      Icici customer care is the worst service I have ever seen. They are least bothered about the customer complaint, they are very careless and simply cut the call in middle. They don't have any customer complaint tracking system.
                                      Icici is only concerned about looting customer money by suggesting him about investment plans.

                                      It's been 20 days I have opened my icici bank account till now there is no debit card and cheque book handed over to me. If I try to do UPI transaction, it will get failed everytime. Worst bank and services I have ever saw.
