[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card payment reversal | |||
Sir I am having my account in ICICI BANK ANANTNAG. I am using its credit card but in could not pay bill of credit card due to untoward circumstances in Kashmir. It was curfew for more than two months and the mobile phones were also shut fore More than two months including internet which is still off. I then after release of mobile phones called the customer care. They gave me service request number which is SR[protected]..they told me that they will refund me within two days but these two days are still a dream for me. They decieved me a lot with these fake promises..please verify and help me as this is my last hope. Thanks in advance sir Was this information helpful? | |||
