ICICI Bank — Credit card pending

My name is vishwas rai, i have a salary account in icici bank noida. I got calls many times from icici bank to make a new credit card but i always refuse to make. But in month of january i got a call from icici bank jandhewalan delhi branch representative name " mr ankit" he maked me fool and giving many delicious offers for new credit card and after his suggestion i agree to make it, i also gave him my all copy of documents with recent updated salary slip but still i am not getting a single reponse from that side..
Icici bank is worst customer care in banking industry they fool their customers to get documents and misuse them..i make many follow to icici bank jhandewalan delhi branch but did'nt get a single reponse.. Kindly figure me out for this
