[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card protection call | |||
I have recently applied for a credit card of ICICI and i got one. The first bill hasn't generated yet. Today I received a call from ICICI that you will be charged Rs1399 for some protection. I said I haven't been informed about it. They said again that it is for protection for all cards and you will receive the bill of this amount, do you understand. I said yes I understand but I haven't asked for it. They said it's for protection. Later, I talked to the agent who assisted me to get card said no such amount is needed to be paid. Then I came here on this forum and I got to know it has happened before. I fear I will also be charged. I don't want any additional plan or feature. Kindly don't give me the bill for that. If i get that I won't pay and I will surrender the card also. Was this information helpful? | |||
