[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — credit card recovery harassment complaint

I want to lodge a harassment complaint against rahul nayak from icici bank recovery department in new delhi. I owed a credit card from icici bank for more than 3 years now and have been very regular in paying back since then. Not even for a single month, i have missed a payment since 2015 but due to some unforeseen circumstances, i have an outstanding of 18000 today.

I have not denied the payment but asked for a some time to repay the amount. Because of some personal circumstances, i had to quit my job and thus that led to non-payment of the dues.

Now, i am getting harassing calls from rahul nayak from recovery department almost everyday morning evening and he has been very abusive. He called me today morning and when i answered his call, he got very personal and started using abuses and pathetic language. I tried to make him understand but he got very personal and started embarrassing me by using personal comments over me.

This is very ridiculous and very disturbing to me to get such kind of calls and abuses.

Kindly take quick action against him or i will personally lodge a harassment case against him for crossing the sanctity of a woman and also a customer.

My Tax Saving Bonds ( 2 no's of Rs 5000/- each ) matured on 22.07.2004. Dist no's[protected] Certificate No: 163055 .Till date I have not heard from the company regarding refund though my bank account no. is written on certificate.
Worst experience ever can't descibe it Extremely worst heard bad words from their agents worst !!!
