I am manjunatha k m i recharged of 399 rupees through my idea upi i'd on 17 december 2018. But i didn't get any plans of recharge. I got payment confirmation to this india [protected]@icici. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Am waiting for your reply.. I never got experience like this.. [protected]@icici it's doing fraudulent services this will keep continuing one day no one is ready to going online transactions. Please resolve this issue.. Waiting for your reply

    I have been maintaining an account with icici bank for the past two years and this month dec 2018 more than 500rs have been detected under dcardfees dated from nov18 to oct19 and this have been detected in about four transactions. I would like to close my bank account so if the amount is refunded i would proceed with the other works. So please refund my money as soon as possible.

    I have icici vimal vaatsalya bond which has redemption date 01.01.2018. i have went to many ICICI Bank branches but they keep misguiding me to different branches without any help.

      I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

        I reside at vashi sector 16.. There is an icici bank atm at sector 15, atm id sacwc819.
        Why it always have some technical issue.. Why?
        Day before yesterday there was no cash, yesterday there was atm is being serviced issue, and today it got stuck on the language screen.. Its better you remove that atm from there, its of no use... And my friends also complained about that atm... Seriously a # atm

            Bank will considers my charges or not pls let me know and get back me.
            Iam waiting from 1 year to come to get settle.
            I recommend to others not to go with icici bank.
            Same thing happen with citi bank they resolved within a week of time and happy with citi bank service.

                Even after several complaints registered on grievances redressal portal, sr no is not generating. Which indicate deliberate closure of grievances redressal mechanism cell.
                This is violation of rbi guidelines.

                Details of complaint
                Sub: breach of agreement
                Sir,
                I refer to the breach of agreement for fd bond dated 05/12/2018, entered into between ajit danti, sapthagiri nilay ii cross venkatesh nagar & icici branch, durgigudi, gr. Floor, sree karthik plaza, opp. Mallikarjuna talkies, shivamogga, karnataka 577201 (Hereafter the agreement)
                In terms of the agreement, you are required to understand following facts:
                I the undersigned dr ajit danti, bring to your notice that, i have been cheated by the icici branch, shimoga for the fixed deposit made on 5/12/2016 for a period of two years with principal amount of rs 3, 19, 000 (Rs three lakhs nineteen thousand only).
                On maturity date (05/12/2018) as per fd certificate i must get rs 3, 67, 214 (Three lakhs sixty seven thousand two hundred fourteen only), instead i have been paid only rs 3, 51, 823 (Three lakhs fifty one thousand eight hundred twenty three only). The difference amount of rs 15, 391 (Fifteen thousand three hundred ninety one only) has been cheated by the branch. I have asked the branch authority give reason for the difference amount, they failed to give any valid reason and simply said we are sorry and will raise complaint to higher authority for the settlement.

                  This clearly indicate that breach of agreement exercised by icici bank and not transparent in their service. While deposit they are humble with many promises but they fail to execute their promises and agreements made in fd bonds.in which court may order punitive damages to punish the breaching party for breaking the terms of agreement in the fd bond certificate. This may also tarnish the image of icici bank at larger public domains under ipc act 1872.
                  With the above facts, i demand that
                  A) you rectify the breach immediately.
                  B) within a period of seven days from the receipt of this letter, acknowledge the receipt of this letter
                  If you fail to rectify the breach, i will be forced to take appropriate legal action against you, and will seek all available damages and remedies under the agreement and under applicable laws.

                      I received call from icici bank and they just given information about security tips they not mentioned the name of plan or after they said 1399 is deduct from my account like that i thought it was some service tax like that. Today i got a message your card is is protected by one assistant plan (Actually that call is misleading call begin with security tips then end with some service payment not mentioning name of company or plan). They automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card a/c. Without my permission.

                        I tried to topup my vk digital wallet.
                        First i generate icici neft challan from vk digital payment portal.
                        After challan generate, it was a icici bank challan and has a account number icl[protected] and ifsc code as icic0000103
                        So i paid the amount rs.6005.00 through neft transfer from sbi internet banking.

                        But till now the amount was not reflected in my wallet.
                        Please verify my neft transfer and refund to my account.
                        I also send the transaction slip and challan.
                        Please give higher periority to my complaint.
                        Because on the last email, you simply replied that send your icici account number. I don't have icici account.

I had an e. M. I of 1905 per month debitable from my account on 8th of every month since last year for hero finance corp ltd.                             I have purchased children growth bond 022002-ccb in the name of my daughter. The bond holder no is[protected] and certificate number is 1675 taken in the year 2002, redemption date 27.10.2018 while interacting with my colleagues i came to know that the bond is now closed. I contacted icici customer care and they informed me to visit the nearest icic bank along with the bond and money will be paid. When i visited two icici branches in kakainada, andhra pradesh which is nearer to me, they informed they have no idea about this bond. On their suggestion, we visited the rajahmundry branch too but all in vain. I request you to kindly help me in this regard and inform me the procedure is to be followed for the redemption.

                              Hi,
                              I hold an icici credit card. Total credit limit in my account is only 60, 000.
                              I have purchased using my credit card and converted to emi from the store itself.

                              Emi nos. Transaction status payment date principal amount interest amount installment amount
                              6 emi billed [protected] 2915.5 31.6 2947.1

                              So i assumed everything will be fine and since my credit balance didn't go over the credit limit

                              Still icici bank allow me the transaction of total amount 57084.35. Even if installment amount 2947.1 in my account due to pay.

                              My last transaction with card is

                              As per the above detail my last transaction should be declined from tha bank, but they allow me to successful transaction.

                              Now they charge me

                              22/11/2018 overlimit fee 500.00 dr.

                              It looks like chit with me and total look like fraud icici doing with customer.

                              I have contacted icici through customer care. This was rude and hurtful since this was clearly a misunderstanding. So much for a bank that is having a motto that says "khayaal aapka". Its like they are waiting for you to make a mistake to charge you.

                              I have never went over the limit before or never have any late payment records. I made the payments on time and correctly.

                              So i kindly request you to reverse the over-limit fee.

                                My name is divya and i recharged with rs. 399 on dec 14th, 2018. The transaction was successfully done to [protected]@icici but didn't got any plans, i'd got confirmation from [protected]@icici amount deducted from bank. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed. Please find the attached image that i made to [protected]@icici for your reference.

                                  As my ECS due date for car loan taken from ICICI bank is 1st of the month and I have insufficient fund in my account on 1st of October 18 so ECS bouncing charge RS 590 deduct from my account and ECS again hit on 9th of October i transfer fund around 9 O'clock in morning of same day when ECS have to be deducted but in evening I an msg about ECS return and bouncing charge RS590 also deduct from my account . Next day I got an call from ICICI bank that they told that ECS is deducted as per RBI rule or guidelines at 12.00 AM of the date.
                                  After that I pay my ECS online and now I m getting msg of about bouncing charge of RS 1344 to be pay.

                                  Why i will pay that charges when I have sufficient fund in Account at 10.00 am of generally when ECS id being deducted ?

                                        I am a sbi account holder. On 15.10.18 i tried withdrawing 10, 000 from icici bank atm dumdum road branch, the transaction was showing to be successful but i didn't receive the money. The amount got deducted from my account. Since then i am complaining to both icici and sbi in my home branch as well as head office but it's been 2 months i haven't received my money back.
