I have already sent by DTDT courier on 19.11.18 the following documents and was delivered on 22.11.18 to ICICI Mumbai Office.
(1) Proof of Address: Copy of Telephone Bill,
(2) Cancelled Cheque No.296244 of SBI, Kochi Refinery Branch
But, till date I have not reciept the redemption amount.
