Sir, today i had revieved a msg from icici bank stating that cheque isshued 811307 of inr 3200000 has bounced due to funds insufficient.
But i want to make this in your kind knowlege that no sach check has been isshued by me.
Not even above mentioned cheque but any cheque in the past three years (Approx) had been isshued by me as i had resigned from the compney in 2013 as a director
Plz find and take strick action against this.

            Against sr no sr[protected] dated 22.11.2018 and many more such complain numbers (Mail communication attached).

            I made an transaction with policy bazaar.com for car insurance @ kotak insurance for rs 14970 /- dated 16th july 2018.

            Which was made cancelled and the refund from insurance company was initiated on 5th sep 2018 (Copy attached) with refund id = 70955 and arn no mentioned in attached copy.

            All these documentsments have been submitted to icici bank through mail i provide by their customer care. Still no response.

                        Why it always have some technical issue.. Why?

                                Even after several complaints registered on grievances redressal portal, sr no is not generating. Which indicate deliberate closure of grievances redressal mechanism cell.
                                This is violation of rbi guidelines.

                                Details of complaint
                                Sub: breach of agreement
                                Sir,
                                I refer to the breach of agreement for fd bond dated 05/12/2018, entered into between ajit danti, sapthagiri nilay ii cross venkatesh nagar & icici branch, durgigudi, gr. Floor, sree karthik plaza, opp. Mallikarjuna talkies, shivamogga, karnataka 577201 (Hereafter the agreement)
                                In terms of the agreement, you are required to understand following facts:
                                I the undersigned dr ajit danti, bring to your notice that, i have been cheated by the icici branch, shimoga for the fixed deposit made on 5/12/2016 for a period of two years with principal amount of rs 3, 19, 000 (Rs three lakhs nineteen thousand only).
                                On maturity date (05/12/2018) as per fd certificate i must get rs 3, 67, 214 (Three lakhs sixty seven thousand two hundred fourteen only), instead i have been paid only rs 3, 51, 823 (Three lakhs fifty one thousand eight hundred twenty three only). The difference amount of rs 15, 391 (Fifteen thousand three hundred ninety one only) has been cheated by the branch. I have asked the branch authority give reason for the difference amount, they failed to give any valid reason and simply said we are sorry and will raise complaint to higher authority for the settlement.

                                  Sub: breach of agreement
                                  Sir,
                                  I refer to the breach of agreement for fd bond dated 05/12/2018, entered into between ajit danti, sapthagiri nilay ii cross venkatesh nagar & icici branch, durgigudi, gr. Floor, sree karthik plaza, opp. Mallikarjuna talkies, shivamogga, karnataka 577201 (Hereafter the agreement)
                                  In terms of the agreement, you are required to understand following facts:
                                  I the undersigned dr ajit danti, bring to your notice that, i have been cheated by the icici branch, shimoga for the fixed deposit made on 5/12/2016 for a period of two years with principal amount of rs 3, 19, 000 (Rs three lakhs nineteen thousand only).
                                  On maturity date (05/12/2018) as per fd certificate i must get rs 3, 67, 214 (Three lakhs sixty seven thousand two hundred fourteen only), instead i have been paid only rs 3, 51, 823 (Three lakhs fifty one thousand eight hundred twenty three only). The difference amount of rs 15, 391 (Fifteen thousand three hundred ninety one only) has been cheated by the branch. I have asked the branch authority give reason for the difference amount, they failed to give any valid reason and simply said we are sorry and will raise complaint to higher authority for the settlement.
                                  This clearly indicate that breach of agreement exercised by icici bank and not transparent in their service. While deposit they are humble with many promises but they fail to execute their promises and agreements made in fd bonds.in which court may order punitive damages to punish the breaching party for breaking the terms of agreement in the fd bond certificate. This may also tarnish the image of icici bank at larger public domains under ipc act 1872.
                                  With the above facts, i demand that
                                  A) you rectify the breach immediately.
                                  B) within a period of seven days from the receipt of this letter, acknowledge the receipt of this letter
                                  If you fail to rectify the breach, i will be forced to take appropriate legal action against you, and will seek all available damages and remedies under the agreement and under applicable laws.

                                  Recently i had a charge named CashTxnChgs-Nov18+GSTon 10/12, I cant understand why they deducted the money without my consent.
                                  I wish i could shift to another who offer a better service.

                                    With regards & kind informed you that, i have not received call from icici bank or authorized authority in this year 2018 regarding to deduct for one assist plan, and they cannot inform me for kind information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                      I received call from icici bank and they just given information about security tips they not mentioned the name of plan or after they said 1399 is deduct from my account like that i thought it was some service tax like that. Today i got a message your card is is protected by one assistant plan (Actually that call is misleading call begin with security tips then end with some service payment not mentioning name of company or plan). They automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card a/c. Without my permission.

                                        I tried to topup my vk digital wallet.
                                        First i generate icici neft challan from vk digital payment portal.
                                        After challan generate, it was a icici bank challan and has a account number icl[protected] and ifsc code as icic0000103
                                        So i paid the amount rs.6005.00 through neft transfer from sbi internet banking.

                                        But till now the amount was not reflected in my wallet.
                                        Please verify my neft transfer and refund to my account.
                                        I also send the transaction slip and challan.
                                        Please give higher periority to my complaint.
                                        Because on the last email, you simply replied that send your icici account number. I don't have icici account.
