There are two transactions with my credit card in the previous month and on 10th of this month, the refund has been initiated from the merchant(wakefit). It's more than 20 days and the bank is not updating my balance. I have called multiple times to customer care and that is not helping at all.
Either bank or merchant is delaying this process.

Updated by bhaskar nag its not the problem with icici bank. i am customer to this bank for almost 8 years and its my bad to write a complaint without knowing actually. the issue is with the merchant site " wakefit". Icici has not delayed any refund as of now.
