[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — credit card renewal

Dear sir, i am using ur bank credit card from last 10 years. My credit card no is [protected]. I have paid all the dues on time from last 10 years & in last 10 years, no delay payment is given by me. The credit card expiry date was of sep 2017. Till date, i have not received the new credit card (Renew).
I am also using the credit card of hdfc bank ltd & my credit limit is rs.7.5 lacks at their. The credit card from hdfc bank ltd was also expired in the month of augest 2017 but they have given me the card (Renewal) in one month advance.
This is the service quality of hdfc bank ltd & this is the comarison between hdfc bank ltd & you.
I am a good customer of yours also but with this service, you will never compete with your competitors. My phone no is [protected].
