ICICI Bank — credit card - reward redemption handling fee

Today i have received my credit card statement for the period 3-feb-2018 to 2-mar-2018

At the top of the statement there is a “reward redemption handling fee - ord. No.1727045 dtd 051217” of rs.99 and [protected]@18% on that amount of rs.17.82

I would like to know what is this “reward redemption handling fee - ord. No.1727045 dtd 051217”
I don’t remember doing any reward redemption through icici bank credit card.

Please generate my statement again without this rs.99 and corresponding igst.
