When I was started my acc in ICICI they said minimum balance is 0... bt yesterday they took 599 RS for smab charge.. wats the changes happened

Whenever I try to open the app it just keeps on buffering and the app doesn't even open. Waited for a while to finish the buffering, but no use. Reinstalled and opened it, but it was just in vain. Kindly help.
