Once again like to inform that i have clearly mentioned in my previous communication that" I have swipped my creditcard to withdraw a sum of Rs 2000. The problem is that atm didnt dispense the cash. Immediately i called and mailed the
ICICI.
Could you please check the video footage of the particular ATM from were the amount is withdrawn. The footage would clearly indicate the fault.
For your information, I am a customer of
ICICI for the past 4 plus years. Its easy for your team to forward the drafted emails to customer. Its a least bothered attitude that none have called me and enquired in detail regarding this issue(except one call to update that the dispute will take max time until feb11).
If I do apply for any loans, credit card or give a request for idirect account opening. Your
ICICI team call the customer, the very next minute that too on a regular basis to make business.
If the same customer having any issues like the one I am facing. You have the least bothered attitude to call the customer and update regarding the dispute.
The rofl part is that the
ICICI customers should spend money to call
ICICI customer service and calls will be in queue for several minutes with their queries left unanswered.
I myself was a contact center executive for DHL once and never shown the least bothered attitude like the way
ICICI doing to their customers.
I want this issue get escalated to the highest level so that the top management will come to know about the various concerns of their customer. Please once again re-investigate on this issue.A
I need some dedicated
person to call me over the phone and update regarding the issue. If you cant then provide the number of that dedicated
person so that i will spend my money to call him.
More importantly please attach the forms for closing my saving account, my credit card, my loans with
ICICI, my idirect account and my
ICICI term plan policy with immediate effect.
Want to put a point that will never ever recommend my family member, my friends, my colleagues to continue with
ICICI bank.
My question is that why should i pay rs 2000 plus 300 plus 45 for the service which wasnt provided by
icici to me. Please reinvestigate with the help of cctv footage.please do understand that i am writing this email between my tight schedules and not a crap kind of customer to yell at the customer service executives. I am just telling the pain that a customer faces each time when their queries gets left unanswered. Hope that i have maintained my profesionalism in wriring this email. I[censored] feel i havent then sorry for that.
