[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card unauthorized charges | |||
I was using credit card of icici bank before 3 years but when i when i received unauthorized charges on my card in december 2016 then on 29 dec 2016, i requested customer care to close my account. I paid all my balance dues & closed my account & destroyed the credit card. In april 2019, i received a mail containing bill of rs. 29.50, even after too many mails communication, i didn't received any positive response. Then i visited to icici branch in noida & got my credit card number as well. They suggested me to pay rs. 30 in branch & later on request to close the account. Now i am getting a bill of rs.118. (The outstanding id due to cash payment at bank). No help received from bank & customer care as well. Now i have paid all outstanding amount but these all were unauthorized. No-one in branch told me that penalty will be lived for cash payment. Totally disappointed with services with icici bank credit cards. Was this information helpful? | |||
