[Resolved] ICICI Bank Credit Card — Unfair charges | |||
due to statement not received missed a payment and interest charges and late payment charges levied which customer service refused to reverse...asking to log a complaint on website and did not guide me properly had to spend almost one hour to find this page somhow...very unsatisfied with the customer service ...i get to knw by collection calling for missed payment which should be done earlier for reminder to the customer..but after putting the charges icici bank calls only for payment which is quite unfair Was this information helpful? | |||
