[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card-worst | |||||
The worst bank services if anyone can provide is icici, i dont understand why companies keep their salaried accounts to this horrible bank. Somebody was trying to do a fraud transaction from my account due to which i called icici and requested them to block my credit card but their over qualified executive blocked my debit card, after receiving the message that my debit card has been blocked, i called them again and explained the situation. Then they blocked my debit card and credit card both. I had no card from min 3 weeks, after 10 times followup with them i had received my debit card. Now i have received a bill with late charges, although have cleared everything. I really request everyone who is reading this email that do not go for any kind of service with icici, if you really do not want to go with mental trauma. Was this information helpful? | |||||
