ICICI Bank — Credit card wrong commitment | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have recived your icici bank credit card in the month of jan 16, and sms recived in the month of feb'16 for payment, but while your marketing person advise me that life time free card and some discount withthis card and no joining fee/annual fee then only i accept the card, but now they again & again increasing the bill of credit card, yet i have not used the given the credit card, i have also complament several time to your cust. care but no answer recived, so i need writen cancelation & no dues in this account.If your bank fails to cancle the card let me no the reason, Then should be compelled to initiate necessary legal action .my icici band C/C # [protected].
