[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — credit card wrongly charged

ICICI credit card is charging heavily, I have 2 credit cards in ICICI bank, but I don't know that they are of different accounts, when called to customer care(CC) they said you can do the payment in any one of the cards, I have already registered one of my cards, so done the payment. After 15 days I got a new statement stating that you due is pending 564 with a penalty of 632. I was surprised how can the penalty is more than due amount. I called and said regarding the CC misguided regarding the payment, so I have done in another card of mine which is also ICICI. They said the account is different so we cannot do anything, so I have requested them to reduce fine as it is more than the due amount. There should be a limit in charging fine, max of 10 %. so please consider this request and ask them to refund my amount as there is a mistake from their end. Also, make sure to restrict fine based on % of the amount, not flat rates. please find the attachment and resolve the issue ASAP.

In my account cut balance about 1899rs. With out my permission to activate this service. I have Very bad experience with your bank as well as your service. I want my money back within 7 working days. And call me argent.

Every second day echs charges like 137 then 274 then 410 deducting from my account why this is happening and what the hell every second they are deducting the amount
