PAYMENT DUE DATE WAS[protected], AND I HAVE PAID RS.13510/- ON 12/08/2016 THROUGH " ICICI CLICK TO PAY " MY ACOUNT WITH PNB DEBITED ON 12/08/2016 AND AMOUNT CREDITED TO ICICI BANK THAN WHY ICICI CHARGE THE LATE FEE AND INTEREST ON THE AMOUNT.
