[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card wrongly charged, refund not received. | |
Icici credit card is charging heavily, i have 2 credit cards in icici bank, but i don't know that they are of different accounts, when called to customer care (Cc) they said you can do the payment in any one of the cards, i have already registered one of my cards, so done the payment. After 15 days i got a new statement stating that you due is pending 564 with a penalty of 632. I was surprised how can the penalty is more than due amount. I called and said regarding the cc misguided regarding the payment, so i have done in another card of mine which is also icici. They said the account is different so we cannot do anything, so i have requested them to reduce fine as it is more than the due amount. There should be a limit in charging fine, max of 10 %. So please consider this request and ask them to refund my amount as there is a mistake from their end. Also, make sure to restrict fine based on % of the amount, not flat rates. Please find the attachment and resolve the issue asap. I got a call from cc saying that they going to refund but till now i didnt received the refund.
