[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit Cards Permanently Blocked even after cleared all dues

I am not able to complete the Payment in time because of some financial issues at this covid time but when I got some funds then I immediately cleared all dues on both of my ICICI credit cards and while doing that payment I was in touch with their customer service over the phone and they said once the payment is done it will be automatically unblocked but it didn't and now they are saying it is permanently blocked. I also have SBI and Axis credit cards and there also I can't able to clear all dues in time actually I delayed their payment longer as compared to ICICI but still as soon as I cleared my dues their cards immediately unblocked. I understand what ICICI did is within their terms of service but my problem is your customer service lied and I didn't like it because you don't need to do that because whether you unblock it or not I was going to clear those dues.
