I have been using the mobile number xxxxxxxxx1x369 for the past 5 years, and when I try to install the Mobile app, it shows another person's name and debit card. Due to this, I cannot use the account correctly, and nowhere is my mobile number updated in the account. I made an FD+Card account and received a credit card, but the same mobile number issue is again. For the same, I need to go to the nearest branch or ATM. This is an immense pain for me either fix my problems or close my FD and Saving bank accounts. It also shows the wrong name in my online bank account for the Credit card. It shows Sneha Kamboj, and there is no mobile number updated. I tried to reach out to customer care, but it's the worst experience.. either the call goes drop, or they keep putting me on hold. I want to close my FD, Credit Card, and savings bank account from ICICI. Trust me, PNB and SBI banks have a better service than ICICI. Even I dropped messages on the ICICI email form, but no response.
