[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Customer care not answering

I am trying to reach ICICI customer care since last evening. It's been 24 hrs and I have been unanswered. My mobile balance became 0 trying to connect to them. They answered once or twice but said technical issues, not able to hear and disconnected but voice assistant is able to hear my voice clearly. It asks all the irrelevant questions even if I say I need to talk to an agent. Chat option also did not work and live chat agent did not join. You can see the calls I have made in below screenshots. I requested them to call me back but they said it is not possible. There are so many calls in history but i am able to attach only one picture in this form.
