[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Customer care numbers not working

ICICI had been having one of the best customer care service. But recently their customer care numbers are not working (After airtel's message saying it's a chargeable call it says the number doesn't exist) and there's a mess up in IVRS.

I called their corporate customer care number regarding my business credit card. Then I got redirected to the personal banking number by the executive, saying it's a credit card. Then from personal banking I got redirected back to the corporate customer care saying it's a business card.

Finally an executive connected me to the right department on a concall and resolved my issue.
This was after 5 failed calls

So, please resolve the issue at the earliest. ICICI Bank is my favourite brand and bank
