I applied for Amazon Pay ICICI credit card. They did the video KYC and rejected it. Didn't bother to explain why.
After 6 months, they said I'm eligible again. So i went to apply but the previous form was still sicking there.
I contacted customer support and they asked me to confirm that i want to cancel the application. It's a joke to ask permission to cancel a rejected application. Anyways, I said yes. Then they said it'll take 7 days. I said ok. After a month, the application is still there. So i contacted them again, and they stated all over again and asked me permission to cancel. I said yes.
Since then, from 3 months, they are repeating this process. They reply after 1 week with the same exact permission messages.
They don't even know what is going on they just have one saved message and they send it everytime someone contacts them. I'm tired, and i have raised a complaint with consumer forum Was this information helpful? |
