[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Customer support & life insurance annual premium | |||||
My prudential insurance premium is due annually. I have asked icici to either link the pru account with my icici account or at least set up the premium to be deducted automatically from my account. Being an nri it's nearly impossible to keep track of things that happen yearly. 3 years running, they cannot link my bank account with prudential account. The bank managers are changing like janitors in a business unit. Absolutely no follow thru from branch managers. June 4, 2017, i submited an online request to link my icici & prudential account, one more time. No response whatsoever. I called them up today (June 19, 2017). The agent says your previous request has been cancelled because you didn't provide enough detail. I asked, if the request is cancelled, why wasn't i notified. He says, you didn't provide details. Now i'm overdue for the payment for apparently no fault of mine and icici is making the customer run pillar to post to give my money to these #. Was this information helpful? | |||||
