Iam the acount holder of icici bank for fast few years.
This is the bank having wost customercare service.
I tried lots of time to connect with customercare through mobile phone. Initial stage it will say press bla bla for langue and account related call something at final stage when i press 9 to talk with customercare executive. It will ended automatically or the customercare executive will act as a network issue ( he said hello hello customer was not responding ) and disconnect the call several times. The call cost was 1.5 p/s, for each call without connecting customercare executive rs. 5 to 10 will detuct from my account. More over that it makes very tension, so i will have bp tablet to control the tense. Kindly request to pay some penalty to customers who likes me.
